***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.149, dated 09.09.2022, registered at Police Station Dasuya, District Hashiarpur, under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on vide GD No.045 dated 16.09.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 09.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.01.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
