(ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 20.01.2017 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to refund the amount for the period from 06.02.2013 till 21.01.2014, in case the petitioners have been charged 15% additional amount up to the date of the allotment letter, i.e. 21.01.2014.

Reply is filed. As per the reply, the amount due to the petitioners has since been refunded.

In view of the same, contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondent stands discharged. May 20, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
