Versus

Jagdish Chander

...Respondent(s)

CORAM : HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ALKA SARIN Present :

None for the petitioner.

ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present revision petition pertains to the year 1991. However, in view of the orders passed by Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, the old matters are now being listed in the urgent list. The present revision petition is a fully burnt case. Neither the copy of the paper book nor the orders are available with the Court. Despite best efforts the Registry has not been able to reconstruct the file. For the last many years, no endeavour has been made by the parties also to get the matter heard. 2.

In view thereof, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the revision petition in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed off.
