**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that order passed by the writ court has been complied with and a speaking order has been passed, which is annexed as Annexure R-2 to the affidavit filed by Anil Kumar Gupta, Engineer-in-Chief, Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Haryana, Panchkula, dated 21.09.2016.
Learned State counsel asserts that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected and it has been found that certain excess amount was paid to the petitioner as would be clear from a perusal of the order. Same has to be recovered.
This court, however, does not intend to express any opinion on the merits of the case as direction by the writ court was only to decide the legal notice, Annexure P-10 sent by the petitioner.
