(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 7.10.2016, vide which respondent No.2 was directed to consider the claim of the petitioner with respect to regularization in service by taking a final decision on notice dated 22.8.2016 by passing a speaking order within a period of four months. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that the order has been complied with.
In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is accordingly, dismissed. However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved with the passing of the order dated 19.5.2017 (Annexure R-1), he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
