NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 09.05.2011 vide which respondent No.2 was directed to take a final decision on the representation of the petitioner.

Reply filed on behalf of learned counsel for respondent No.2 today in Court is taken on record. As per para 2 of the said reply, the petitioner has been paid revised rent upto 31.12.2015 and the rent has also been paid on 31.08.2018. It is further stated that the subsequent rent is continuously under process.
