Learned State counsel submits that a speaking order has been passed and benefit of re-fixation of the pay at par with his junior employees has been granted to the petitioner. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed. In case, petitioner has still any grouse, he shall be at liberty to make a representation to the concerned authority.
