*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the orders dated 20.12.2021 and 21.12.2021 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) whereby he has been suspended. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to treat him on duty with all consequential benefits since his joining after reinstatement vide order dated 13.12.2021 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner working as Conductor was suspended by respondent No.3 on 07.12.2021. He was reinstated on 13.12.2021. On 21.12.2021, respondent No.3 again suspended the petitioner, which is against the provisions of Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016 and against their own instructions dated 05.09.2019 (Annexure P-2). Hence, the instant petition. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.

No grounds are made out to interfere. Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to follow up his cause before the competent authority since the departmental proceedings are pending against him. In view thereof, writ petition has been filed rather prematurely. 5.
