(ORAL) Reply on behalf of the respondent, alongwith copy of the order dated 6.9.2016, has been filed in the Court today, which is taken on record, and a copy is given to learned counsel for the petitioner. Perusal of the order, dated 6.9.2016 (Annexure R-1), reveals that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected. In my view, the order, dated 17.1.2015, passed by this Court in CWP No. 23585 of 2011, has been duly complied with. In view of above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.

Rule discharged.
