Mr. Arvind Seth, Advocate for the respondent. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 03.02.2017 passed by the Civil Judge, directing the respondent/defendant not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the property.

Counsel appearing for the Estate Officer, HSVP, Hisar, as per the affidavit, has submitted that a statement was made before the trial Court to the effect that the notice dated 17.11.2020 is withdrawn and there is no demolition of the house of the petitioner and action will be taken in accordance with law. It is further submitted that subsequent advertisement given in the newspaper to the general public was with regard to the encroachment in the HSVP land and the action will be taken against the petitioner in accordance with law. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
