Present revision petition pertains to the year 1992. On 14.10.2024 the following order was passed :

" None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent No.2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that he has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the parties, returnable 29.01.2025.

To be heard alongwith RSA-3692-2000."

As per office report, the sole petitioner has been served. Respondent No.1 stands served through the Manager and respondent No.2 is stated to have died. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent No.1.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
