**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Pursuant to order dated August 03, 2017, Mr. Vikas Yadav, the then Director Higher Education Department (Haryana), is present in court. He submits that he could not appear on the date fixed as he received no intimation from the Advocate General, Haryana's Office. He has produced a certificate in this regard. Same is taken on record.

It is further submitted that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with. Representation filed by the petitioner has since been decided. In view of the above, no cause of action survives. Petition is dismissed.

Rule is discharged.
