It is not in dispute that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with so far as promotion of the petitioner is concerned. The only grievance the petitioner now makes is that he be given the liberty to raise the issue of re-fixation of his pay.
Since the mandate of the Writ Court has been complied with, the instant petition is disposed of as having become infructuous leaving the petitioner to his remedy in law regarding re-fixation of pay.
