***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated October 03, 2016 passed by this court. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (Punjab) to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his representation dated August 04, 2016 (Annexure P-3) and if some substance is found, to take an appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order." Mr. Ramswaroop, learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that aforesaid order shall be complied with at the earliest in any case not later than two weeks in order to ensure that the contempt is purged. In view of his statement, this petition is dismissed at this stage.

However, petitioner, shall be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action survives. In that eventuality, this court shall also consider Sukhpreet Kaur 2017.06.
