Mr. Deepak Sonak, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Surender Saini, Advocate, for the respondent. **** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of COCP Nos.1088, 1801, 1802 and 1803 of 2016. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated May 20, 2015. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "All the aforementioned writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to maintain a register of all the erstwhile workmen so that they can be engaged as and when the new season starts. The Management shall make a publication in the area in which the respondents normally live and if they would report for duty the Management would engage them in accordance with seniority".

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order is being complied with in letter and spirit. However, a publication regarding maintenance of register of all erstwhile workers shall be done in two leading newspapers of the area within two weeks from today.
