Admittedly, a speaking order has been passed pursuant to direction given by the writ court. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, has serious objection to same. According to him, claim for family pension of the petitioner could not have been rejected as it cannot be considered same as dependent pension. According to him, authority has been acted on the premise that petitioner was claiming dependent pension. He submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to impugn the speaking order.
