*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) By filing the present contempt petition, the petitioner-Ulfat Begam/widow of late Sardha Ram, whose husband had joined as Chowkidar with the District Board on 11.9.1950 and retired from service on 03.9.1991, through her real son/GPA-Safi Mohammad has alleged wilful violation of the order dated 19.11.2015 passed by this Court in CWP No.24199 of 2015 directing respondent No.2 to consider her representation qua arrears of pension and gratuity in respect of her husband, who died on 18.5.2001 during the pendency of the writ petition.

Upon notice, a short reply by way of affidavit dated 23.9.2016 of Ashok Kumar Meena, Director, Development and Panchayats Department, Haryana has been filed stating that the order has since been complied and the arrears of pension and leave encashment has been deposited in the bank account of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, no further action is warranted. Present contempt petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous and the rule is discharged.
