Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Short reply by way of affidavit of Harcharan Singh Bhullar, Sr.Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel has referred to same Annexure R1/T annexed with the petition and submits that representation of the petitioner has been decided in view of order dated 1.3.2017 passed by coordinate bench. No further direction is necessary. In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
