The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.817 dated 22.12.2021, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376(2)(n), 376-D, 366 IPC, 1860 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonepat, Haryana (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate of the petitioner dated 23.07.2024, reflecting his period of custody as 11 months and 17 days, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
