The present revision petition pertains to the year 1992. Mr. Sapan Dhir, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. He states that a copy of the paper-book is not available with him. The present revision petition is a fully burnt case. Neither the copy of the paper book nor the orders are available with the Court. Despite best efforts, the Registry has not been able to reconstruct the file.

This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the revision petition in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed off.
