ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioners alleges violation of the order dated 03.11.2016 vide which a direction was issued to the respondent to resolve the issue.

As per the affidavits of the Deputy Commissioner as well as the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Assistant Collector Grade I-cumTehsildar, Ballabgarh, it is stated that the land is not falling in the State of Haryana as per the demarcation conducted at the spot. In view of the same, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. Ordered accordingly.
