(Oral) In view of the fact that Sections 7 and 11 of the Punjab Village Common Land and Regulation Act, 1961 proceedings had culminated against the petitioner, it would pave the way for the Gram Panchayat to take possession through legitimate means. Nothing has been shown to us that any law has been flouted in taking symbolic possession of the land. Therefore, we dismiss this petition.
