NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 13.07.2015 vide which a direction was issued to pass a speaking order on the legal notice, as per law.
Reply has been filed. As per the reply, the order has been complied with and payment of difference of the gratuity has since been released to all the petitioners, details of which is annexed as Annexure R2/2. The speaking order Annexure R-2/1 is also placed on record. In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged.
