Reply by way of short affidavit of D.P. Reddy, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Finance has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Referring to same, learned State counsel submits that order dated 02.11.2015 passed by writ court has been complied with. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to impugn the order in case any cause of action survives.
