Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to register FIR against sisters of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in a time bound manner. The prayer is innocuous. As such, learned State counsel does not oppose the same.

Given above, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner within 30 days from today by passing a speaking order. In case the grievance of the petitioner still survives, it shall be open for him to approach this Court in accordance with law. Petition is allowed to the extent mentioned above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
