Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 7.10.2005 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP 17150/2004 whereby it was directed that no one shall be permitted to sell meat or other poultry products in any part of Panipat city without obtaining proper licence from the authorities concerned. It is averred that petitioner is resident of Mohalla Imam Sahib, Jatal Road, PS Sadar and that respondents 4 to 10 are selling meat in residential area and competent authorities have failed to take any action against them despite the nuisance having been brought to their notice. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
