(Oral) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Block Majri, Sub-Division Kharar, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, submits that the petitioner himself was found to have encroached upon the land of the Gram Panchayat and by taking a due course of law, the same has got been vacated. In view of the above, no contempt is made out. Disposed of accordingly.
