   HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.281 dated 18.06.2020, registered at Police Station Sadar Sonepat, under Sections 120-B, 34, 363, 366-A, 380 and 506 IPC (however Section 380 IPC has been deleted and Sections 201, 368 and 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act have been added subsequently). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in her statement got recorded by the prosecutrix under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she stated that she had gone with Ashish (petitioner) of her own and that her family members had also threatened her. Challan has already been presented.
