NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 20.04.2017 vide which a direction was issued to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of his services from the date services of his juniors were regularised.
Reply is filed. As per the reply, services of the petitioner have been regularized.
In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. This Court has no doubt that consequential benefits too shall be paid to the petitioner.
