Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.140 dated 18.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petition has inadvertently been filed under the wrong nomenclature. He seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one. Permitted to do so.
