***** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties submit that the claim of the petitioners is covered by the judgment (Annexure P-2) passed in CWP No.4286 of 2003, decided on 24.08.2018, titled as Ashok Kumar Garg and others Vs. The State of Punjab and others,.

Learned State counsel submits that the said judgement is already under appeal in LPA No.574 of 2020, though there is no interim order and the order passed by the Single Bench has already been complied with by the respondents.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is also disposed of in the same terms as Ashok Kumar Garg's case (Supra), subject to the order to be passed in LPA No.574 of 2020.
