Petitioner Rajender, working as Clerk with Municipal Committee, Julana, feeling aggrieved by his transfer from Julana to Kalanaur for various reasons including on health grounds, domestic reasons and transfer being allegedly in violation of the transfer policy, has filed the present writ petition. Admittedly, before filing the present petition, petitioner had not submitted any written representation to the respondents.

Keeping in view the nature of the dispute between the parties as well as prayer made by the petitioner, for the purpose of enabling the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner and then to take appropriate action, if need be and further to avoid unnecessary litigation, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that on petitioner filing a detailed representation within two weeks from today, the same be disposed of by the respondents within one month thereafter by passing a detailed speaking PARVINDER SINGH 2022.01.10 15:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
