COCP-1092-2018 The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 14.12.2017 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice and take a final decision keeping in view the judgments passed in CWP No.25773 of 2012 decided on 22.10.2003 (A.P.Sharma and others vs State of Punjab and others) and CWP No.273 of 2014 decided on 16.02.2017 (Jagdish Singh and others vs State of Punjab and others).
