Through the instant petition, the petitioner craves for indulgence of this Court for him being enlarged on regular bail, in case FIR No.221 dated 01.11.2023, under Sections 22, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, registered at P.S. Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

Leave granted.
