Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner would have to travel a distance of approximately 65 kms (one way) in order to attend the proceedings at Jhajjar from her place of residence. It is further the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that two cases initiated by the petitioner being a criminal complaint under Sections 12(i), 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and a petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of maintenance are already pending at Faridabad.
