ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Fresh affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner, Patiala, who is present in the Court, filed in the Court is taken on record, according to which there is a stay of 73 acres 03 kanals and 16 marlas of land from the Hon'ble Supreme Court and with regard to the remaining land, the possession was delivered to Gram Panchayat and 104 acres of shamlat land is put to public auction in village Hariau Khurd on various dates and has given the details of lease for the year 2022-23 of 128 acres of land in three villages.

Counsel for the petitioners could not dispute that with regard to 73 acres of land, there is a stay by Hon'ble Supreme Court and the remaining land is given on lease.

In view of the compliance affidavit filed in the Court today, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
