Mr.Fateh Saini, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr.Rohit Arya, AAG, Haryana Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 5.4.2017. Learned State counsel seeks to file reply by way of affidavit of Abhishek Jorwal, Superintendent of Police, Ambala. He has referred to para 9, which reads as under:- "6.That it is relevant to mention here that no application of the complainant was kept unheard by the answering respondent and all the applications were duly got enquired by the answering responden. Even on the request of the petitioner/complainant Gurmeet Singh, the answering respondent vide order No. 2627-30/Reader dated 9.3.2017 transferred the investigation of the case from police station Barara to Inspector, CIA-II, Ambala. The said orders were received to the investigating officer on 15.3.2017, however, the cancellation report was already prepared/written on 14.3.2017 in the case. 7.

That now the further investigation of the case is being conducted by the Incharge CIA-II, Ambala as per the order passed by the answering respondent." In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged. (Rajan Gupta) Judge May 15, 2017.
