Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondent has violated the directions contained in the order dated 14.11.2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class,Panipat whereby the respondent (Director General of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,Haryana,Panchkula) was directed to remit/withdraw an amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) per month from the salary of Mukesh Kumar (husband of the petitioner)towards maintenance charges awarded by the Court.
Respondent, who is present in person, has filed his reply explaining the circumstances regarding delay in payment of awarded maintenance. The same is taken on record. He submits that due to lack of adequate funds in the salary account of Mr.Mukesh Kumar, the arrears of maintenance could not be cleared, however, in due course of time the Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.05.03 15:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP 1101/2018 arrears would be cleared from his account as also the employer Department would continue to deposit the maintenance at the awarded rate in Court.
