On 19.03.2024 the learned State counsel had made a statement that complete paper-book is available with him and he would supply the same to the Registry for reconstruction of the file, however, till date the same has not been done. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant-State.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
