**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to order dated Ist September, 2015, passed by co-ordinate Bench (Mahesh Grover, J.), costs of Rs.25,000/- has been deposited with the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. He submits that he has instructions to submit that the same may be retained by the Forum. He further contends that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with.

Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of stand taken by the State, no cause of action survives in this case. Same is hereby dismissed.

Rule is discharged.

Needless to observe that the order dated 11.02.2016 whereby this court has directed that the salary be not released to the respondent-A.S. Dullat no longer survives.
