RAJESH BINDAL, J It is not disputed that the petitioner has availed of remedy by filing application under Order 39 Rule 2 A CPC for alleged violation of the Court order.

Considering the aforesaid fact, parallel remedy cannot be permitted to be availed of, accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. However, the same will not prejudice the rights of the parties in the pending application under Order 39 Rule 2 A CPC.
