Learned State counsel submits that in view of order passed by writ court, the concerned authority has passed order dated 27.03.2017 granting the benefits sought by the petitioner. He, however, submits that payment can be released to him only after petitioner furnishes his bank account number and completes other formalities. On instructions from, Mr. Ravi Kumar, Law officer, Punjab Roadways, Pathankot, he submits that in case petitioner attends the office of General Manager, Punjab Roadways, Pathankot on 09.05.2017 at 10.00 a.m. and furnishes the necessary particulars, payment shall be released to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
