JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who was seeking allotment of a One Kanal Plot in Sector 57, Gurgaon, in pursuance of his having been declared successful in draw of lots, has alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.12.2015 (P.1A) passed by this Court directing the respondents to consider and decide his representation expeditiously within a period of three months. Upon notice, a short reply by way of affidavit dated 25.2.2017 of Sh. Sanjiv Kumar, Estate Officer-II, HUDA, Gurgaon has been filed on behalf of the respondent stating that in compliance of the aforesaid order, speaking order dated 06.2.2017 has been passed whereby an Allotment Letter for alternative Plot No.1374 Sector 51, Gurgaon measuring 420 sqm has been issued to the petitioner thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
