Versus

State of Haryana and others .....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.B. CHAUDHARI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARNARESH SINGH GILL

Present:

Mr. Raj Kumar Bhatia, Advocate for the petitioner.

Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG, Haryana.

**** A.B. CHAUDHARI, J (ORAL) The challenge in the present petition is to the online transfer policy adopted by the State Government in respect of all the departments of the government. However, the restricted challenge in the present petition, at this stage, raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the transfer should not be effected in the mid-term as was rendered in the case of Haryana Forest Employees Welfare Association versus State of Haryana and others.

Learned counsel for the State has filed the affidavit of Additional Director, State Transport which is taken on record and it is categorically submitted that preparation for making online transfers would continue but in no case the transfers would be made before 1.4.2019. CWP No. 1130 of 2019 -2We accept the submission made by the learned State counsel and dispose of the petition with further directions that code of conduct will not come in the way of making transfers in view of the present order. The petition stands disposed of.
