However, the main petition i.e. CRM-M-21132-2011 has been dismissed as not maintainable by co-oridnate Bench (Inderjit Singh, J.) on May 26, 2016.
In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
