Petitioner is stated to be a complainant in FIR No.443 dated 22.6.2017 for the offences under Sections 323,452,506,34 IPC, PS Samalakha, District Panipat with regard to inflicting of injuries upon his son by the accused party.
Since the accused party was threatening the petitioner and his family members for withdrawing the said case, the petitioner was constrained to file a petition under Section 482 Cr.PC bearing CRM-M 33978/2017 which was disposed of vide order dated 13.9.2017 by a single Judge of this Court. Since no action has been taken hence the present contempt.
After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
