JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner vide order dated 28.2.2017 passed by this Court in CWP No.982 of 2013 was directed to be considered for regular promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) w.e.f 01.12.2010, which the employer-respondent HVPNL was treating to be the date of provisional promotion. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner having failed to invoke the contempt jurisdiction and realizing that this Court is not convince to grant the relief, prays for withdrawal of the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
