(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.446 dated 17.08.2018 registered under Sections 344, 365, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Jind. Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of preparation of cancellation report, which would be filed in the Court within 15 days from today.

Dismissed as infructuous.
