NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 09.11.2017 vide which a direction was issued to respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner after hearing him by passing a speaking order.

Reply is filed. As per the reply, the matter was looked into and the allegations levelled are found to be false. In this view of the matter, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the contempt petition. The same is hereby dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged.
