Ms. Harmeet Kaur, daughter of appellant - Surjit Kaur - is present in Court and is identified by her Aadhaar card, copy of which has been retained. She states that her mother, namely, Surjit Kaur (appellant herein) has since expired and she is her only legal representative. She further states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties and she does not wish to pursue the present appeal. 2.
